PASCO Financial Group is a financial consulting company dedicated to help Chinese enterprises to list on the US stock exchange markets. :Dr. Tony Tsao, the president of the group, acquired a doctor degree of financial at the Financial Research Institute of Dorcas University of USA, a Master Degree of business administration at Bridge Port University of USA., and he graduated at Feng Chia University of Taiwan, with a Bachelor degree of banking and insurance .Dr. Tsao worked for synthetic securities company of Taiwan since 1989, and was nominated as the President of Spencer Edwards Inc in Asian-Pacific region in 1994, Dr. Tsao ‘s initial success was HIQW company listed in the US, which is the first company in Taiwan went IPO on NASDAQ’s Small Capital Market dated on Sept 27th ,1999,and New Taohuayuan Culture Tourism Company Ltd. Is the first company in the East-Pacific region adopted the NON-IPO method to list on American Stock Exchange (AMEX) dated on Dec. 13th ,2004.
Dr. Tsao ,has been intended to research the “International Financial ”,“Financial Market ”and “Corporate Govenmence” for many years. With the purpose of encouraging Chinese enterprises to list on NASDAQ ,he has taken great effort on educating Chinese enterprises by giving lectures ,publishing and writing columns .In China, he has published 6revelent financial books that include “listing in American Security Market Practice ” .Except been a guest professor at school of finance of Renmin University of China, he is also the researcher of the Financial Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council of P.R.C. and his research interest is in reforming the overseas listing rules of Chinese enterprises and the introduction of CDR. Besides that, he is regular writer for the Security Daily, the “listed overseas” column of the New Corporate Finance and the “Forward to NASDAQ” column of the China Times in Taiwan. Dr. Tsao has been teaching several courses such as “International Finance” and “Corporate Governance” in many universities of Taiwan.
