Dr. Tsao has been intended to research the “International Finance”, “Financial Market” and “Corporate Government” for many years. With the purpose of encouraging Chinese enterprises listing on NASDAQ, he has taken great effort on educating Chinese enterprises by giving lectures, publishing and writing columns. In China, he has published 6 relevant financial books that include “Listing in American Security Market Practice”. Except being a guest professor at school of finance of Renmin University of China, he is also the vice director of Resource Committee and general manager of Overseas Business Dept. in China Western Development Holding Co.,Ltd.. Besides that, he is the regular writer for the Securities Daily, the “Listed overseas” column of the New Corporate Finance and the “Forward to NASDAQ” column of the China Times in Taiwan. Dr. Tsao has been teaching several courses such as “International Finance” and “Corporation Government” in many universities of Taiwan.
